I’m uploading my last log. I subsequently set Selective Transfer instead of Automatic or Selective Share. Relayed transfer is not enabled. I also changed the direct mode wait times to 2 & 1.
The reason I setup a separate network is because of the guidance from the eyefi support site.
“The Apple Airport Extreme by default is set to a wireless security setting called WEP (Transitional Security Network), which is not compatible with the Eye-Fi Card and is also not the standard implementation of WEP. To properly configure your Airport Extreme, please proceed as follows:
Warning: This will reconfigure the security settings for your wireless network. You will need to reconfigure all of the computers on your network to reconnect using the new security settings.
Etc.”
I also have problems with the eyefi helper crashing.
Thanks

Looks like the card is set up to not transfer any photos. So it never starts probing for receivers. Could you try turning on the Automatic transfer again and make sure that it's configured to transfer photos?

The problem is that the card is currently not set to transfer any files. Run through the ShutterSnitch setup steps again, viewtopic.php?f=12&t=63, and then re-add the network to the card. (Re-adding the network ensures that the card checks for it's most current settings). Then take five pictures and wait five minutes to see if they transfer. If they do not transfer then please grab another card log so we can see what is going on.

It still says it's in "none" mode.

Could you try going through the "Options" -> "Set up Eye-Fi Access" step again in ShutterSnitch and make sure that the on/off button for the card is turned on. That'll ask the Eye-Fi server to update your card (so be sure that you have Internet access via the "EyeFi Home" network.

Then enter a collection and turn on the camera. ..and wait, let's say, 5 minutes. If nothing happens, get the log again and send that.

Update: What MadDawgJ said.. :)

It works! Many thanks. Now that I understand the card and the app, I may be able to help some other folks. Thanks again.
