Setting up your connection

If you have debug turned on, you will see an alert message on the screen if an Eye-Fi card is trying to talk to the iPad, but never sends any files.
So if you're inside a collection, snap a picture with your camera, and nothing happens (no images, no dialogs) then the card doesn't know about the iPad ...yet. It's possible that it's just a little time about discovering it. Give it some time. If nothing happens, something else is going on. You're welcome to send me a private message and attach your Eye-Fi card log, then maybe we can see why it doesn't send.
You get the log by inserting your card into your computer, open the Eye-Fi Helper menu and choose "Get Eye-Fi card log"

Thanks for your help.

But it didn't work :-(

How can I use the debug switch in ShutterSnitch? Where should I see log entries?

You sure you have entered the correct upload key into the shuttersnitch settings?

One thing i did encounter with Windows 7 is (and other versions of windows) that by default, Windows has hidden files and folders disabled. So users trying to find the Settings.xml file to get the upload key won't be able to find that. To fix that make you go to Start>Computer>Organize>folder and search option>View Tab>Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives.

Then you should find settings.xml and find the upload key..

I've double checked the upload key and it matches.
So I tried all I should try, but ShutterSnitch don't work in my envoirement. :-(

Any more idea?

What is with the logfile?

Upps, yes I missed it.

But GOOD NEWS! It works!! :-))

I've tested ShutterSnitch with my MobileRouter and it works at once.
After that I've rebooted my home router and now it works at home, too.

Thanks for your support.

I've tried everything I can think of, but still 'Relayed Transfer' is enabled. I've shut off sharing on both photos and videos. I've deleted the file sharing sites. I don' have Hotspot access.

There doesn't seem to be an actual setting for Relayed Transfers. When I click on the tab, all I see is:

Relayed Transfer is enabled.
If you use photo or video sharing or have Hotspot enabled, Relayed Transfers are automatically enabled.

As mentioned above, I don't have sharing or Hotspots enabled. What else can I try?

Weird..

You could try this:

1. Run the Setup Eye-Fi Access guide in ShutterSnitch, sign in and pick your card.
2. Disconnect your wireless router from the Internet..! (Just disconnect the cable or something) This way, the card can't relay the transfers.
3. Create / enter a collection in ShutterSnitch and snap a photo - hopefully it'll arrive after a while (give it some time).
4. Let your wireless router access the Internet again.

Now the card knows about the iPad and should go with that in stead of relaying transfers.

If the photo never arrives, the card may be giving up due to the lack of Internet access. ..but give it a try at least.

I finally got it working, but have no idea why. I tried your suggestion (pulling the WAN cable), but that didn't work either. I finally gave up on the iPad and tried my iPhone. As soon as I clicked on the Eye-Fi card to select it, ShutterSnitch reported an 'API Signature Error'. I tried several more times with the iPhone, but kept getting the same error. I looked over at the iPad and discovered ShutterSnitch was still running. Not only that, but it had started downloading pictures from the Eye-Fi card! Probably a coincidence, but ShutterSmith on the iPad started working at the same time it crashed on the iPhone.
