Endless mode

Hey! Just bought my eye-fi ConnectX2 card!

Can i use endless mode with ShutterSnitch with RAW+Jpeg on my Canon 600D?

Will Eye-fi delete only JPEG files or RAW+Jpeg in endless mode (ConnectX2 support only Jpeg transfers)?

Yes, you can. The cards will only delete the images that it transfers. So if you shoot RAW+JPG and only transfer one of them, the other file will not get deleted by Endless Memory. If you transfer both (you would need a Pro Card) then both would be removed. So in your situation only the JPGs will be automatically removed since it cannot transfer the RAWs.
