@Shtrbug - some canon users like me is already enjoying iPad and WFT(canon wireless file transmitter) ad hoc connection. We dont need a wireless router at all for our setup. At least for canon users using the compatible WFT for our dslr. Can u check this further if it works with Nikon WT?

Great to know SunnySix that you got yours working. ShutterSnitch really rocks. Btw. Another tip that when transferring your files to your computer. You may not need iTunes installed on the machine. Just do another adhoc wirless setup on your machine wireless adapter, or, if your iPad is connected to...
