Re: Eyefi Mobi Pro setup

Were you able to add the card in the Keenai app? If you were, feel free to zip that/those database file(s) up and attach them here if you want me to see if the key is actually there, but ShutterSnitch misses it for some reason. Do you by any chance have the old EyeFi iOS app installed on any of your...

Re: Eyefi Mobi Pro setup

A little lost here. Recently found my eyefi Pro X2 16GB card. I used to use this with my 5D Mark II with a CF Adapter. I had it working with both the Keenai app and the EyeFi app. Those are now not available. Downloaded Shuttersnitch. My Iphone see's the network the EYEFI card is making but I can't...

Re: WFT setting

ShutterSnitch doesn’t change the IP address. It shows you what your current IP address is. If it changes, it’s because your mobile router hands out a new IP address when you connect your iOS device to it. For some routers you can reserve a specific IP address based on the MAC address of the network ...

Re: 1dx - wfte6 connection fails and fails

Awesome! Hopefully it’ll be rock solid from now on. If there’s a way to save the configuration, maybe it’s a good idea to do that now. :)

Re: 1dx - wfte6 connection fails and fails

Well, the good news is that the problem is isolated to the camera setup. The connection and communication with ShutterSnitch is working as it should - it’s the camera that is failing due to *something*. So you only need to fiddle with the camera settings. Maybe try switching between ‘active’ and ‘pa...

Re: 1dx - wfte6 connection fails and fails

Is ‘Overwrite same file’ in the FTP server setup on the camera set to Enabled? If not, make sure it is - that’s causing weirdness on the 1Dx.

Re: orientation FUJI

Alright. I'm pretty confident now that it's a Webkit bug (it assumes 1-4 orientations are landscape and 5-8 are portrait, which is not necessarily true). But since a I'm also confident a bug report to Apple will be ignored, I think I've come up with a workaround for the next version of ShutterSnitch...

Re: orientation FUJI

It's not super-duper important since I can reproduce it with the DPReview sample files. I'm absolutely open to it being my code that needs an extra step that I'm missing (Apple's documentation is not always fully up-to-date so I'm a little excused.. ;) BUT: So far I've been able to make it fail *onl...
