Re: Picture Disappears

I won’t be taking anything away from you, so if you bought the add-on you should be able to use it as you always have.

That is definitely a bug. Does it happen with all photos, or only some?

Can you attach a photo I can use to reproduce the issue on my end?

Version 4.7.2 (Submitted for review May 25th)

* Discovered Toshiba FlashAir, Transcend, or PQI Air cards will show up on the Advanced page of the in-app settings. From there you can disable receiving from it, or rename it by swiping the row - useful for networks with many cards on it. * Added Overlays and Slideshow button options to the toolbar...

Re: D4s, Wt5 and iphone XS

The issue is usually the port. By default Nikons connect on port 21 - but ShutterSnitch is running on port 26000 to avoid conflicts with other apps. If you don't have any other apps that run FTP servers on your iOS device, the easiest way to fix this is to go into the ShutterSnitch settings and chan...

Re: mobi eye fi pro card

I don't think there is a way to add wi-fi networks to the mobi cards without access to a computer running the Keenai application. So if that is not an option for you, you can only transfer photos by joining the network the eyefi card creates. To do that: 1. In the collection overview in ShutterSnitc...

Re: mobi eye fi pro card

Do you need to transfer over a wi-fi network or would it be good enough to connect directly to the network the card creates?

Re: Metadata Presets disappears

Thanks for reporting this. I've tried my best to reproduce the issue here, but without any luck. Could you give me some more details? You're running the latest version, correct? (See the version number at the bottom of the ShutterSnitch settings - it's currently 4.7.1). What do you mean by "res...

Re: sharing

I guess because it's not been a priority for me. :)

If you're on an iPad running iOS 11 or more, you can drag and drop to it.

Re: SnapBridge wi-fi workaround for D850 (& other cams with

Rejoice! It looks like Nikon listened to its customers and released firmware versions for D850, D500, D7500 (and others?) that support turning on the wi-fi without going through the app. Search for yours and see if you're in luck!

Re: Wifi disconnection

The latest version of ShutterSnitch adds a feature where, if you open the import window after connecting to the camera, then tap and hold the 'Select All' button, you'll see a 'Protected Files' option. Tap that and ShutterSnitch will retrieve the protection-status of all the files on the card and th...
