Re: Orientation

Great. Then it's the thumbnail that does it. I'm submitting version 4.4.5 to Apple now and it exports adjusted photos with an embedded thumbnail.

Re: Orientation

If you upload this file (untouched) to your site, does it show up in the correct orientation?

Re: Orientation

Yes, 8 translated to human: "take the picture data and turn it 90 degrees counter-clockwise". The camera dumps the sensor-pixels to the file and then adds the 8 to tell viewers you took the photo with the camera turned 90 deg. ccw. Had you turned it the other way, it would say 6. And if yo...

It would be - if it includes a thumbnail (which it probably does). Would still be a bug on the site, but I'll see if I can add a thumbnail too.

Re: Orientation

I've tested with Flickr and Zenfolio and a cropped upload looks fine there. It's also OK locally transferred via AirDrop or FTP, viewing with macOS preview, Photoshop, and Xee. Thank you. Will be looking into it today. In case I can’t spot the issue using different apps: is the online database a service freely available (in which case - where do I go?) or is it a custom one?

Re: How to identify 1st image of a bracketed group?

Sorry, but you can only filter the filmstrip based on rating, labels, and (local to ShutterSnitch) tags.

Version 4.4.5 (Submitted January 21st)

* Metadata tokens are now translated from the new metadata, not the metadata being overwritten. * Added "Title / Object Name" to the metadata tokens. * Improved metadata copy-paste to be limited to the editable fields, not *all* metadata. (So adjustments and other metadata isn't lost with ...
