Always those CR3s.. Maybe iOS has forgotten how to parse CR3 files? You can force it to refresh its parsers by adding a CR3 file to the Photos app. If you two-finger double tap in the viewer in ShutterSnitch, you force reloading/regenerating the preview/thumbnail of a file - does that work?
