Setting destinations within a location

Hi, I am trying to save image files to my Dropbox, specifically to a root destination titled, [Images - Pictures] and then into a sub-folder titled [Ginger Ninjas] (without the brackets). I can save the files to the first part of the Dropbox location, but I have yet to find out how to save them into...

Re: Canon .CR3 not working on iPad Pro

Good news comes to those that wait! I have finally been able to successfully parse Canon .CR3 raw files on my iPad Pro. I was beginning to think it was never going to happen, but lo and behold, it has come of age. I am currently running V5.0.6 of Shuttersnitch and V14.2 (18B92) on the iPad. I saw th...

Re: Canon .CR3 not working on iPad Pro

OK, thanks for the update, I can but hope that they will at some point make good on the problem for all of us .CR3 users.

Canon .CR3 not working on iPad Pro

Hi, We touched on Canon .CR3 raw files not working within Shuttersnitch last August/September. I tried again last week but still to no avail. The files will transfer, but then I get an error message in Shuttersnitch stating "invalid data". However, if I transfer the .CR3 files from my Cano...

Re: Canon G5X ii dropping connection

Good news to report, having followed your instructions I can feedback positive results. Successfully connected to ShutterSnitch and saw new jpegs transferring over from the GX5 ii. Toggling off Canon Camera Window and toggling on EOS did the trick! I said it earlier, I’m saying it again, “Your suppo...

Re: Canon G5X ii dropping connection

Out for a curry tonight, despite the awful weather here in the UK. I’ll find some time tomorrow to check out your findings and report back. No big hurry on my count, and OMG, your support ROCKS!

Re: Canon G5X ii dropping connection

I'm in your hands entirely my friend, thank-you for your invaluable assistance. For the moment I will stay with the Toshiba Flashair card approach until I hear further development news/updates from your good self. Steve PS: Just seen/realised that Shuttersnitch can't read the .CR3 RAW file format ei...

Re: Canon G5X ii dropping connection

OK, I reset the WFT function on the camera back to factory defaults and tried again. Within Shuttersnitch I turned off everything except Canon Powershot as the transfer protocol. Alas, no difference to the connectivity. The camera itself just sits waiting for a connection to be picked/the iPad shows...

Re: Canon G5X ii dropping connection

OK, you're correct in your thinking, I am hoping to not have to use the Toshiba Flashair card as it is not as fast at writing to as some of my higher grade SD cards. However, if I do pop the Flashair card into the new GX5 mk2 it instantly connects AOK to Shuttersnitch and all is good. I will review ...
