Thank you but I am sure the hellper program is closed. Also I went down the street to a coffee shop to make sure I wasn't getting interference and it still did not work.

Hi:

I see no helper app either in my program menus or in the eye-fi directory. I am running windows 7 on a 64 bit machine. Is the helper app a Mac application?

Found it. You have to right-click on the eye-fi icon in the system tray. Didn't see that.

Hi:

Turned off all the settings as you advised and placed the camera with the eye-fi card next to the ipad for about 20 minutes (forced both to stay powered-up) No joy.
