How can I change date formatting and/or collection defaults?

Postby dysphasi » Mon Mar 31, 2014 6:59 am

I've fairly recently adopted shuttersnitch in my photography workflow and generally it has been a positive experience.

But I can't seem to find how to change the default, rather squished YYYYMMDD naming convention when adding a date to a file name through actions to YYYY-MM-DD, which is far easier to use when wishing to quickly scan through a large collection of pictures. I can't imagine this would have been excluded, but can't for the life of me find it anywhere.

Is it also possible to also change naming conventions for default collection names? Yes, I could manually enter names for my collections, but this slows down a process which I am trying to keep as swift as possible, with minimal user input.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction!

No direction to point in, sorry, since those options don't exist. (But noted)

Ahh, that's a pitty!

Can we hope for the addition of such options in the near future? ;-)

ps - thanks for your efforts!
