Host Name FTP IP

Hello,
I want to use Shuttersnitch with Photokey 8.
On Photokey there is an option to export directly on a FTP.
I put 192.168.1.172 for example and user : snitch and my password
But in Photokey they ask me this format : server.com/path/to/directory
How I can fix that?
Do you know how I can replace IP by this format of Hostname?

For your example, that would be: 192.168.1.172/

Actually, you’ll need the port too, so for your example: 192.168.1.172:26000/
