That icon represents the Eye-Fi Helper yes - if this is open when you test the transfers, they will fail and this may be your problem(?)

I'll dive down into your log now. In the meantime, if you haven't had this program closed, try closing it and test the transfer again. Hope that's it :)

Thank you but I am sure the hellper program is closed. Also I went down the street to a coffee shop to make sure I wasn't getting interference and it still did not work.

I have been having the same trouble getting Eye fi to work and then I changed my settings in Eye Fi Center and it started working. Unfortunately, you have to just try different settings for yourself because mine do not match those that have posted before. Here is my scenario: Eye Helper = Off, My Wi = broadcasting, Networks on Eye Fi center = "xxxMy Wi" added to card, Photos = upload to Desktop only, Video = same as photo, Raw= same as photo, Geotagging = off, Transfer Mode = auto, and Relayed = off. Other than the correct UpLoadKey entered into "Settings" / "Shuttersnitch" app, that should do it. Good luck. I have been working on this for many hours. Shuttersnitch works.

1) Touch the Settings icon on your iThing's home screen. The Settings panel will open.

2) Scroll down the panel to the Apps section. Touch the ShutterSnitch app icon.

3) The settings for ShutterSnitch will appear. Type your key into the box that asks for it.

The key is long and hard to type, so you might want to email it from your Mac/PC to your iThing; then you can copy it out of the email and paste it in instead of having to type it manually.

Yup - you're just viewing a "formatted" version of the file - the key in your case is e8e735931050f39b06178146e6f26000

Thanks; used key as you describe and also loaded Eye-Fi on another computer and confirm that Upload key is as you said; but I tried last night, iPad is listening, Eye-Fi Center & Helper ore OFF on PC, but nada. Turned off Upload to Picassa (which had worked) in case that was tying up the WiFi. Would disabling Geotagging off make a difference?
