Is there an Application for Intel based Macs?

There's actually only an Intel based version currently.

But something tells me you're not talking about ShutterSnitch Backup, but ShutterSnitch itself? In which case, I'm sorry, ShutterSnitch is only available for Apple Silicon based Macs.
Support the development of ShutterSnitch: Rate/review it in iTunes, Tweet about it, make Youtube videos, blog about it.. Get the word out.

So I cannot download a version that will run on my Macbook Pro intel core i7 running OS 11.6 ?

If we’re talking about ShutterSnitch (not ShutterSnitch Backup) then that’s correct.
