SIDECAR AUDIO FILES

Hi,
is SS able to download the sidecar audio files that can be recorded as a caption with the camera after shooting a picture? I use Canon and it would be very useful to identify players for example covering sports. SS would then need to be able to ftp the audio file together with the picture.

This depends on the camera/card transfer type.

Can you give me some more details? What is the camera product number? What is the format of the audio files? (Is the file extension wav, aac, or something else?)

If files are pushed to ShutterSnitch, it'll accept anything. But if it has to go hunting for new files, it'll look for images only. I could add support for downloading these audio files though. I just have to know what to look for.

the format is .WAV and it in fact downloads them. Unless you have the "Accept jpg only" active in settings.
