Problem of transfer data duplication

Postby ticktack » Mon May 18, 2015 3:25 am

In the situation around is congested Timeout is well occur.

It is , regardless of the time setting of the time-out.

After a timeout , the same data will often be multiple transfer. Also occurs phenomenon that simultaneously connected to FlashAir and FlashAir2(In this case , FlashAir only one).

The cause lies in FlashAir? The cause lies in ShutterSnitch?

have any solution?

My FlashAir is the W-03.

My English is poor . I 'm sorry.

add the information .

---------------------------------------------

When a large amount of image data is being written continuously from the digital single-lens reflex camera

or

When Wi-Fi is congested

Both will also be difficult to scan the image data of FlashAir from ShutterSnitch.

At a time like this, will time out. It will happen regardless of the setting of the timeout. But not always. But, well it will occur.

And malfunction will occur. "Transfer of Duplicate data" and "Emergence of FlashAir2". But not always. "Transfer of Duplicate data" will often occur.

I also did a transmission test of image data at a crowded place today.

It was time-out as expected (Setting was five minutes)

That's no problem.

After time-out

FlashAir2 and FlashAir3 show in a connection destination.

And xxxx.jpg, xxxx-1.jpg and xxxx-2.jpg were being forwarded. The same data.

This is a problem.

OK, in the next version of ShutterSnitch I've added a duplicate check which is performed after the file is received. Hopefully that'll take care of it.
