FLASHAIR III - TIMING OUT - SHORT RANGE

Postby MakAtak » Mon Dec 28, 2015 12:45 am

Just picked up a WO3 - keeps timing out and the range sucks!

I have the camera right next to my iPhone 6+ and it times out BIG TIME!

Anyone else having this problem???

Is there a firmware update I don't know about?

Are you able to transfer any photos at all?

Yes... I think it's a flashair issue. I previously used an eyefi card and it worked great with shuttersnitch.
Any other reports of this issue with w03?

Yours is the first.

I've ordered one for myself and will post back when I receive it.

If it works occasionally for you, it sounds more like a signal strength issue.

Follow-up: I have no transfer issues with my new W-03.

If you also have this problem at a different geological location (to rule out wi-fi noise) maybe your card is defective?
