Canon 1300d and Shuttersnitch

Postby jayce103 » Fri May 04, 2018 12:50 pm

Hi all,

I tested a 70d the other week and it worked with snitch a treat but a little more than I want to pay (I use Fuji and Nikon, but need a camera for events). Has anyone got the 1300d to work with snitch?? I would have thought it would be the same connection but want to check.

You can connect to a 1300D and manually pick the photos to import from it, but you can't have it transfer photos as you take them.

Thanks for a quick response bud! I assume that is the same for the 4000d or the 2000d then? Both the 1300d and the 2/4000 series seems to have the “connect to wifi network” option so I thought it just might work... Oh well

Not sure about those two, but generally the higher the numbers to less power-features, so my bet would be on the same or less capable than the 1300D.

I guess the only real way of knowing is going to a store with my phone and router and asking them if I can play with their display models lol
