This metadata import plug-in for Lightroom Classic is open source and available at Bitbucket.
Also attached as a zip file here in case Bitbucket should be unavailable. (Or if that "Download" button is too hard to find.. Currently it's under Downloads > Download repository.)
The network functionality is part of ShutterSnitch version 5.4 and requires a subscription.
