I bought mine in Australia but here's a US site:
http://www.vpi.us/cat5e-right-angle.html
I shortened it by cutting it and then putting a standard connector back on the end that's got the straight connector.

I've got mine attached via velcro to the bottom of the camera, ideally I'd like to have it mounted on the hotshoe but I haven't found an adapter that I can affix onto the HAME yet.

Syd, any tips on how you connect the HAME to your iPhone hotspot? Any particular settings you could share? Mine is able to connect to my wireless network at home but I can't seem to get the HAME to connect to my iPhone hotspot despite entering the security info.

Here's what I do:
- start HAME
- login to the HAME's hotspot with a computer, iPad etc
- Start the iPhone personal hotspot
- Go to the WAN settings page of the HAME and make sure you can see the hotspot in the list (refresh the page if needed)
- Select the hotspot and connect. HAME should then say the Internet is connected
- Test the connection and see if you can reach web sites, etc
- When that works you can turn off your computer and connect your camera via the Ethernet port (or wirelessly)

A friend of mine is likely to make a bracket for me that allows the HAME to be mounted on the hotshoe. Here's a test pic.
Is anyone else interested in one of these? Let me know by 31 July 2013.

I was going to write a careful step by step list to getting these two working together, but I deleted my connection to start again and couldnt get it going for two days. bugger. I have it working but I wont go deleting my connection again.

I think one of the mistakes i made was to enter the address that comes up under listening details on the ipad, rather than the address under setup/ nikon.

one point- you dont have to do anything to the HAME. just plug it in.
have your shuttersnitch open with a collection set up.

all the things you need to do are on the back of the D4.
