Help I have upgraded from an ipad2 to ipad Air2. I still have both ipads and have checked the ShutterSnitch settings are the same on both as it looks to me. On the the iPad2 everything works with Nikon D4 and WT5 and a Nikon D810 and Transcend SD card. On the ipad Air2 the Nikon D810 and Transcend SD card work but the Nikon D4 and WT5 do Not. (the Nikon D4 doesn't have an SD slot for a fix) Here is the traffic Inspector info

What error are you getting from the camera?

Double check that your WT is set up to connect to FTP server 192.168.1.123 on port 26000.

If those are correct, try tapping the the 'i' to the right of the NikonCamera wi-fi network in the iOS Wi-Fi section and then tap "Forget this network". Then re-connect and fill out the Static IP information again.

The 'i' part is correct. How do I "Double check that your WT is set up to connect to FTP server 192.168.1.123 on port 26000"? Not sure what you mean by "what error are you getting from the camera?" It seems like the problem is with the new ipad air2 as everything is working fine with old ipad2, WT5, and D4 camera. Does active/passive mode option for FTP locations maybe help?

They can appear to be correct, but the iOS services can be confused (especially if you did a restore of a backup to the device). Resetting the values by "forgetting the network" and putting them in again could clear things up.

Turn on the camera, go into the WT setup menu and find the FTP host / port settings.

You say it doesn't work. If it doesn't work, the camera must be giving you an error message when it's trying to transfer a photo?

ta1 wrote:Does active/passive mode option for FTP locations maybe help?

This mode is only for exports from ShutterSnitch and has nothing to do with incoming connections.

Two hours of frustration until I saw this tip. #lifesaver
