Using the LCD with WU-1b and D610

Postby MarathonMax » Wed Sep 13, 2017 4:30 pm

I used to use Snitch with an Eye-Fi card. The card (and the company) died on me. I bought the WU-1b. I like it but ...

I can no longer view images on my LCD screen and must rely on the iPad. This was not the case with the Eye-Fi.

Any tricks on setting up my D610?

I know it’s not the answer you want to hear, but another type of wi-fi card? Toshiba FlashAir seems to be the ones most actively worked on.

The disabling of the screen is probably to save battery, but maybe Nikon support knows a trick if you ask them?
