Has anyone managed to submit images to Alamy Live Sports via SS FTP? I am not sure if I have my settings correct as the file paths seem to be an issue.
The FTP is set to: newsupload.alamy.com and the path set to; /Live_News/Sport/ but it comes back access denied!

Not to Alamy but to another sports desk and had no problems. Mind you they supplied their details via email. Be worth checking with Alamy to see if they have updated their FTP details but not updated the info page?
