kmz file is not fully supported by Google Earth

Postby poppap » Tue Jul 24, 2012 5:45 am

I opened the GeoSnitch kmz file in Google Earth but did not see the track as a route. Would you correct this?
I've tried other utility (MotionX GPS) that records and created .kmz that google earth shows tracks line correctly but ShuterSnitch does not supports geotagging from that file.

Thanks for the feedback.

Could you please upload a sample file that works the way you want it to?

I post here because I think it is related but in the other way: I try to send a .kml to shuttersnitch that was generated by MyTrack on Android. This is a google tool and the kml works perfect in google earth. But when trying to send to Shuttersnitch it tells me: "Ort kann aus Datei nicht gelesen werden" See attachment...

Thx NEI

Thanks for the sample! I'll make sure this format is supported in the version after the one currently in review!
